Prize
Money
A total event cash purse of $10,500.00 will be awarded to runners over the weekend
with $8,000.00 of the total purse to go to USATF-member Masters runners in the
Sate Farm 1/2 Marathon. Masters runners must be USATF members to qualify
for cash awards in the half-marathon.
The Florida Today 5-k & 8-k offers a $1,000 total
purse for each race to be awarded to the top 5 male and female runners
in each race. Cash breakdowns can be found on this site's 5-k & 8-k
page.
There will be NO prize money awarded to Marathon
Runners.
All Full and 1/2 Marathon Finishers will receive
commemorative medals.
The first 2,000 pre-registered full and
1/2 marathoners (sizes guaranteed to those entered by January
15) receive technical tee-shirts, event hats and more. The top
3 males and females in their age group in the 5-K, 1/2 marathon
and full marathon will receive awards.
The top overall male and female finishers and first place age group finishers in the 8-K will receive awards.
